Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2 Cups fronzen or fresh wild blueberries or 2 onces pure wild blueberry juice, or 2 tablespoons pure wild blueberry powder
1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon Atlantic dulse or 2 dropperfuls Atlantic dulse liquid
1 orange, juiced
1/2 to 1 cup water, coconut water, or additional fresh-squeezed orange juice (optional)
Ann also adds:
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/4 cup frozen aloe vera
1/2 cup frozen organic tart dark cherries
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup water. Enjoy!
Optional: water, coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend.
What if I can't have bananas? You can use mangos or papayas.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive ,or avocado oil
1 yellow onion, diced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
3 celery stalks, diced
4 cloves fresh garlic, mined
1 red bell peper, diced
3 medium potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
6 cups organic low-sodium chicken, vegetable, or beef broth/stock
2 bay leaves
1.5 cups chopped frozen or fresh green beans, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 cup frozen organic peas
4 chopped organic Roma tomatoes with juice, optional sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
a handful of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Directions:
Heat oil in a large stock pot or dutch oven, over medium heat. Add your onions, carrots, and celery, garlic, and bell peppers then saute for about 4 minutes. Add in broth, potatoes, bay leaves, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender about 20 minutes, then add in your green beans and peas and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Taste test and adjust seasoning with sea salt and pepper to your preference.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve while hot. This soup stays great in the fridge for 5 days, so double the recipe for future meals too!
